Our panel of independent judges was inundated with entries to the 2009 British Turkey Awards. These experts from the world of media, plus mum-of-three Cristina Ellis, 56, of Surbiton, Surrey, who secured her place on the panel after winning a competition on the British Turkey website, judged over a hundred different turkey products and now we can reveal their shortlist. Look out for these foods in your local supermarket or butcher and see which ones you would pick as winners before the judges’ choices are revealed at the end of September.
