Method

Mix all of above together then mould onto satay skewers. Cook on a barbeque or a griddle pan until cooked through. Serve with salad and a yogurty dip.

Ingredients

  • 700g British turkey mince
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped finely
  • 1 piece stem ginger + 4 tsp syrup from a jar of stemmed ginger
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped
