Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet, drain and set aside.
Slice the baby corn in half lengthways and the mange tout in half diagonally.
Heat the oil in a wok on a high heat and add the turkey strips. Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Add the vegetables and cook on a high heat for 5 mins.
Add the black bean sauce and heat through for a few minutes.
Share the rice between 2 plates and top with the turkey stir-fry.
