Preheat oven to 190C/Gas 5.
Place the mince in a bowl and stir in the egg yolk, chopped chives and seasoning. Place into the refrigerator.
Cut the plums in half and remove the stones. Melt the butter in a pan with the cinnamon and pan fry the plums until caramelised and slightly softened.
Bake the pastry rounds in the oven for 5 minutes, or until lightly golden and cooked. Allow to cool.
Form the mince into 10 little meatballs and pan fry until browned and cooked through – about 8 minutes.
Place a cooked meatball on each plum and the plum on each pastry disc and Serve.
