Method

Place the cream cheese into a bowl and add the garlic, chives and season well

Put into a piping bag and set aside

Lay out the turkey fillet and make a small incision

Pipe the garlic cheese into the incision

Close the incision to secure the filling

Wrap the turkey in cling film and place in the refrigerator

Once chilled remove the cling film and place into the flour, coat well and transfer into the egg wash. Roll in breadcrumbs ensuring all are well coated

Pan fry to sear and bake in the oven for several minutes until cooked
