The little book of great British Turkey recipes
Read all about it in our star-studded recipe book!
We have teamed up with celebrity chefs, sporting heroes and good home cooks to create the first ever recipe book devoted to British turkey.
The Little Book of Great British Turkey Recipes contains 21 original recipes ranging from TV sports presenter Gabby Logan’s new take on lasagne, to rugby hero Martin Johnson’s favourite chilli burgers. All the celebrity contributors are patrons of the children’s medical research charity SPARKS, and the charity will benefit every time a book is sold.
Celebrity chef Phil Vickery, who has written the foreword, along with a couple of recipes of his own, says: “British turkey is tasty, versatile, healthy* – and something all the family can enjoy. As a family man myself, I firmly believe in giving my children food they relish as well as food that is good for them.”
You can buy The Little Book of Great British Recipes for £4.99 plus £1 for postage. And remember every book that is sold raises money for SPARKS, so tell all your friends! For a limited time only we will also include a complete set (6) of our Best of British recipe cards.
You can order your Little Book online and pay securely via PayPal using a credit or debit card. You don't need an account with PayPal to use this service, just click on the "Continue" link on the next page to enter your credit card details.
Please note: We can only post the Little Book to a UK address, which must be the billing address of the cardholder.
