The British Turkey Student Chef of the Year 2015 finals took place on 28th May 2015 at the University College Birmingham. The 8 finalists created a host of amazing dishes competing for the title of best turkey main and best turkey starter. The competition was tough as the students dishes had to fit the 'pirate' themed brief which was chosen as the theme for the banquet where the winning dishes will be served.

The standard was incredibly high which made it a very tough decision for the judges. The winners Kirsty Fonseca (best main) and Bev Satirapraparkul (best starter) wowed the judges and will get to work and serve their winning dishes at the British Turkey Awards at The Dorchester in September.
